I ran across this very useful set of Powershell scripts for DPM 07 on Technet. These scripts can help you do things you can’t do via the GUI. • Automatically Add New SQL Databases for Protection
• Copy Latest Point In Time Of SQL DB To A Folder
• Create New Recovery Point for All Data Sources in a Protection Group
• Create Protection Groups for Disk-Based Backups
• Force Mark Tape As Free
• Increase Replica and Recovery Point Volume Sizes
• Manual Detailed Inventory Of Unknown Tapes
